'Spaceless'는 디지털화된 오늘날의 세계에서 도시주의(urbanism)와 건축을 탐구하는 작품으로, 중앙대학교와 로잔예술대학교 (ECAL의)에서 사진을 수학한 한국과 스위스의 젊은 사진가 8명의 작품을 보여준다. 이 협력 전시에서는 도시환경과 인간인식의 디지털 전환, 그에 따른 사회변화에 대한 다양한 예술적 관점을 소개한다.

전시의 특별한 구성중 '60 Swiss Photobooks'는 스위스 사진과 포토북 디자인의 최신 트렌드와 발전을 60권의 선별된 책들을 통해 소개한다. 이 전시는 광주비엔날레 2023 스위스관에서 개최되었으며, 스위스 사진재단, 빈터투어 사진미술관, 포토 엘리제, ECAL과 협력하여 이루어졌다.

‘Spaceless’ explores urbanism and architecture in today’s digitized world. It shows works of eight young professional photographers from South Korea and Switzerland, who have studied photography at the respected institutions of Chung-Ang University and ECAL. This exchange exhibition provides an artistic point of view on the urban environment and digital transformations of human perception and the social changes that go with them.

The special part of exhibition ‘60 Swiss Photobooks’ showcases the latest trends and developments in Swiss photography and design. The exhibition was presented at the Swiss Pavilion at the Gwangju Biennale 2023, and in cooperation with Fotostiftung Schweiz, Fotomuseum Winterthur, Photo Elysée, and ECAL.
